Cancelation Policy

• If you cancel 45 days or more prior to departure -You will recieve your $500 reservation deposit back, minus a 20% service fee.
• If you cancel Less than 45 days prior to departure- no refund of the $500 booking deposit. If the balance has been paid you will receive the balance amount back.
• 30 days prior to cruise - NO REFUND. An alternate date may be arranged for the houseboat vacation!

We are more than happy to book your vacation for an alternate date if circumstances permit. We really want you to come and enjoy the river and our Beautiful Houseboats!

Weather Interruption

If the weather forecast is not looking safe for departure, an alternate date may be arranged for your vacation.

Deposit Policy

• Booking deposit of $500 is due within 10 days of booking.
• Remainder of the charter fee is due in full 30 days prior to date of departure.
• Damage deposit of $750 is due at check-in. Normally $$ does not change hands, the Customer Agreement contract you will sign provides details on the Damage Deposit.

The boat will be completely fueled at departure and upon return will be refilled. The easiest way to take care of the gas is FOR THE CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR IT. Then, the charge for fuel will not have to be subtracted from the damage deposit. Any charges for lost or damaged items, late returns, excessively unclean boats, or damage resulting form negligent operation or negligent activity on the houseboat will be taken from your Damage deposit.

Some accidental problems - blocked toilet for example may also be charged on your damage deposit. The remaining damage deposit will be reimbursed when the boat is checked in unless otherwise agreed.
