Cancellation
policy
- If
you cancel 45 days or more prior to departure -You
will recieve your $500 reservation deposit back, minus a 20% service
fee
- If
you cancel Less than 45 days prior to departure- no refund
of the $500 booking deposit. If the balance has been paid you
will receive the balance amount back.
- 30
days prior to cruise - NO REFUND. An alternate date may be arranged
for the houseboat vacation!
We
are more than happy to book your vacation for an alternate
date if circumstances permit. We really want you to come and enjoy
the river and our Beautiful Houseboats!
WEATHER
INTERRUPTION
If
the weather forecast is not looking safe for departure, an alternate
date may be arranged for your vacation.
